Le Ceylan offers Yoga and Ayurvedic Retreats starting from 4 days to 2 weeks. Our Retreat is all year round so you are free to choose the number of days for your retreat.
A proper retreat program provides not only a healthy daily routine, healthy food, and restorative physical activity, but also provides something else – an aura of change, where each participant invests part of their soul with the purposeful intent of changing their life for the better.
We design your own retreat in such a way to have activity days alternated with days of relaxation.
